How to Know Hypertension Symptoms?

In general, symptoms in the early stages of hypertension is not known or do not show any symptoms of disease. That’s why  it is often called ‘the silent killer’. Usually the symptoms are very often and the patient will ignore it as common problem. Obvious symptoms are an increase in blood pressure. If your blood pressure is too high then the chances that will be happen  is headache, ranging from mild headaches to severe or vertigo. Beside often referred to it, heart pounding can also be symptoms of hypertension.

Also a change of vision. This vision changes due to the blockage of blood vessels in the retina of eye. Hypertension people will have their blood pressure high. If that happens for many – years it will be damaged blood vessels. Blood vessels become thick, stiff, narrowed, and become clogged. In addition, symptoms that appeared was a strong heartbeat, rapid and irregular, so it will appear excessive sweating, anxiety or nervousness, confusion.

Other symptoms of indigestion are nausea and vomiting, the skin appears pale, rosy face, the sound of buzzing or ringing in the ears, and impotence. These symptoms commonly occur in several other diseases, which often becomes inaccurate diagnosis and treatment would be wrong. To ensure this as a symptom of hypertension or not, we can do blood pressure checks by using blood meter, is now available digitally blood meter which is easier to use than manual blood meter.
